**Job description**

We are looking to add a Store Associate to our team, are you:
Passionate about animals and have experience with dog(s) and/or cat(s)?

Bone & Biscuit St. Catharines is not your typical retail pet store. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service and product offering in the pet food industry. Our associates work closely with pet parents to help them navigate healthy feeding choices for their pets by providing feeding guidelines, transition steps and menu planning.

Do you have most of these qualifications?

1. Knowledge of nutrition, raw diets and supplements

2. Retail, customer-facing experience

3. You currently own a dog/cat or have in the past

4. You can physically lift 30lb boxes many times throughout the day

5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel

6. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and into early evenings
