**Position Overview**:
Our Pest Control Technician will be responsible for visiting the homes or businesses of our customers to conduct thorough inspections to identify pests, infestation sources, and performing treatments where and when necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, cold, hot and in the summer.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights (up to 20 feet)
- Ability to work at heights (up to 20 feet)
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds unassisted.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a DMV driver’s license background check.
- Pest control experience is required, but will assist you in obtaining if required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers and offer advice on corrective steps and pest control solutions.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing accounts to ensure client retention
- Manage a monthly route and ensure sales and service targets are met
- Ability to work independently
- Able to work in tight areas
- Keep up with all licenses, training and pest control knowledge
- Climb ladders
- Daily reports to Operations Manager
- Physically demanding - standing, walking, lifting, bending, handling of equipment

**Qualifications**:

- Holds an Ontario Structural Pest Control License
- Pest Control Industry experience 1 year preferred,
- Must have a valid G driver’s license
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Bondable
- Sales Experience
- Problem Solver
- Excellent Customer service skills

This is a full time position. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. We offer performance-based remuneration. Preference will be given to those who reside in or around the Collingwood area, and those who currently hold a valid Ontario Structural Pest Control License.

Compensation: Based on experience

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
