We are a small, tight-knit team looking for the perfect person to add to the Vita team Nearly every e-commerce retailer with an outdoor category in North America sells our products.
- **Duties**:_

Immediately:

- Supporting the Business Development Team

In Time:

- Manage Vita’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market
- Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings
- Create shareable content appropriatefor specific networks to spread both our brand and our content
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
- Collaborate with influencers
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
- Work alongside, managing expectations and timelines with external marketing companies on projects (Photographers, rendering companies, videographers)
- Conduct research for key marketing campaigns with our retail partners
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers
- Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI and retailer partner programs
- Create marketing assets for new and existing products
- Ensure all customer facing assets follow Vita’s brand
- **Qualifications**:_
- High School Diploma & BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines
- Creative writing and editing skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and innovation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
- Research and analytical skills
- An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and Mailchimp
- Experience in content development and website design
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a major plus
- **Job Specs**:_
- Hours are 8AM-5PM EST
- The position starts with a 6-month probationary period, with the offer of a full-time position if expectations are met.
