**Specific Position Duties**:

- Provide project management leadership, technical expertise, and act as an engineering liaison.
- Mitigate obsolescence risks and manage projects to prevent impact to material flow.
- Support the supply chain structure.
- Improve the overall Obsolescence Management Process Governance and associated technical Project Management to mitigate the risks.
- Develop strong network of worldwide suppliers and internal organizations.
- Leverage engineering and supplier networks to help various obsolescence technical issues.
- Perform supplier obsolescence risk surveys and reports.
- Evaluate supplier’s risk mitigation proposals.
- Plan and coordinate execution of engineering changers.

**Qualifications for Position**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and operations in relation to electronic components.
- Knowledge of Electronic Obsolescence Management.
- Strong business acumen and leadership qualities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in teamwork and communication.
- Ability to work autonomously, organized and efficiently.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
- Occasional travel to support worldwide supply base.
