Office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm

**Pay rate: $15.50-16.50/hr pending on experience.**
- Conduct recruitment activities within the current market trends
- Update job boards
- Conduct phone, video and face to face interviews
- Conduct client visits for safety tours and recruitment tours as needed
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing requirements across all internal and external levels
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Proven success on the phone
- Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
- Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and Internet research.
