_Nella Cutlery was established and has been serving the food industry since 1952. We import, manufacture, and distribute a full line of food service equipment and supplies used in supermarkets, delicatessens, convenience stores, restaurants, casinos and more._

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in conversation to determine client needs, directing them to products and services
- Display a professional, courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
- Consistently deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer engagement
- Efficiently identify customer needs and determine how to address them
- Sell organization's products/services where applicable, and provide customers with a high level of service
- Handle customer transactions responsibly and accurately
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Perform additional duties as required
- **2 years of sales experience is required**:

- **2 years of Customer Service experience**:

- **Previous retail or food industry experience is an asset**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfort in working in a high volume role
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (required)
