**You’re good at**:
- Creating innovative formulations for nutritional supplements (tablets, capsules, powders, liquids, soft gels)
- Managing multiple projects from benchtop to pilot scale independently
- Analyzing and improving product formulations to enhance performance and cost-efficiency
- Collaborating cross-functionally with QA, Manufacturing, Marketing, and R&D teams
- Preparing accurate technical documents and maintaining detailed project records
**What you have**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food & Nutrition, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in formulation or food science, preferably in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry
- Proficiency in pilot and production equipment, MRP software, and tools like Excel, Asana, and SharePoint
- A deep understanding of GMP guidelines and Natural Health Product Regulations
- Strong communication, and analytical skills.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
