**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1). Sales and Customer Interaction**:

- **Lead Generation**: Engage potential customers through social media, online platforms, and networking.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain consistent communication with leads and clients to build trust and close deals.

**2). Sales Process Management**:

- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate remotely and finalize deals accurately and professionally.

**3). Administrative Tasks**:

- **CRM & Records**: Keep customer information and sales data up to date.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the Team Leader and dealership.

**4). Marketing and Promotion**:

- **Online Promotion**: Promote inventory and dealership services through digital strategies.
- **Content Creation**: Share content like vehicle highlights and promotional materials following MVSA guidelines.

**5). Compliance and Documentation**:

- **Documentation**: Complete and submit paperwork efficiently.
- **Regulatory Adherence**: Ensure all activity aligns with MVSA and dealership policies.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**1). Experience and Licensing**:

- **Minimum 1-2 Years of Automotive Sales Experience in BC**:

- **MUST HAVE a valid VSA (Vehicle Sales Authority) License (we will help)**:

- **Class-5 License**

**2). Legal and Compliance**:

- Comply with all data protection and consumer privacy regulations.

**COMMISSION PAYOUT**:
**This is a COMMISSION-BASED role. There is no fixed hourly or salaried wage.**
You will be compensated per sale with the opportunity to earn:

- **$1,000 per vehicle sold**:

- **Additional bonuses based on performance**:

- **Average of 6-10 sales per month**
