Do you consider yourself to be highly organized in your every day and work life? Are you a self-starter, able to set personal goals and motivate yourself to stay on task and follow through? Have you successfully graduated with a post-secondary degree in travel and tourism? If so, we want to hear from you.

**Experience**

A post-secondary degree in travel and tourism and experience in selling travel is preferred. An up to date TICO certification is required. Strong familiarity with TICO regulation, passport/VISA requirements for travel to the United States, trip and medical insurance, etc.

**Communication**

You should have very strong written and oral communication skills. You should be able to communicate complex products and often-complex situations concisely and succinctly to our Guests both verbally and in writing. Your grammar and spelling should be top notch and your language professional, not colloquial. You should have the ability to pleasantly dispel myths and misunderstandings about the Disney and Universal product and maintain character integrity. You should be a professional champion of the destination, but able to articulate the realities of travel and special requests.
