Northern Auto Park is North bay's newest car dealership We are locally owned and operated. At Northern Auto Park, we focus ourselves in used vehicles catering to customers from all types no matter how their credit history is.

Position Title: Sales Associate

Location: 42 Lakeshore Drive

Job Summary: The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers in their search for a new or used vehicle, and ultimately, closing sales to achieve monthly sales targets. This involves providing exceptional customer service, knowledge of the dealership's inventory, and negotiating and closing deals with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with their vehicle needs
- Provide product knowledge to customers on available inventory, including features, specifications, and financing options
- Conduct test drives with customers and answer any questions they may have
- Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences to recommend appropriate vehicles
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Negotiate sales contracts and financing options with customers
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and data entry associated with sales transactions
- Meet monthly sales targets and other performance goals as set by management
- Works 5 shifts a week from Monday to Saturday
- Attend training sessions and workshops to continually improve sales skills and knowledge of the automotive industry

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn and understand the features and specifications of different vehicle models
- Knowledge of financing options and the ability to explain them to customers
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Working Conditions:

- This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- May require standing for extended periods of time and moving around the dealership lot

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
