DZ Delivery Driver

Job Summary

We are a distributor of frozen fun so it’s important to note that our work environment can become very cold.

Drivers will be home nightly as all deliveries are done in Southern Ontario.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering product with a company vehicle safely, timely and professionally
- Unloading product from company truck directly to customer freezers
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Collecting payments
- Ensuring the accuracy of all orders /documentation
- Ensuring freight is properly loaded and secure
- Performing vehicle inspection and reporting defects immediately to management
- Maintaining logs and reports
- Maintaining inventory
- Unloading returns
- Assisting with miscellaneous warehouse duties

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid DZ driver’s license or equivalent
- Must have a clean Driver Abstract
- Must have a valid Air Brake endorsement
- Must be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle
- Must be able to follow warehouse rules
- Must have basic strength in mathematics and reading
- Must be able to climb in and out of truck and unload product
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a freezer
