DRIVING FORCE Vehicle Rentals, Sales and Leasing requires a Permanent Full-Time Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our Edmonton West Rentals team. This is an essential role, reporting to our Maintenance Manager, to help maintain our fleet, the organization of our storage lot and equipment, and to support all activities that will increase our fleet utilization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Active participation in our Health and Safety Program
- Pro-active lot planning, ensuring that all inventory is organized for next steps
- Perform vehicle inspections and confirm maintenance required on all units returned, completing MARC sheets within a maximum of 7 days
- Support and escalate any maintenance or safety issues, take photos
- Work closely with the rentals department to repair damages quickly, in support of a positive customer experience, closing pended rental files
- Support the management of incoming and outgoing traffic

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for safety, vehicles, and must have a mechanical aptitude
- Proven success with fleet maintenance experience preferred
- Flexibility to be outside in all weather conditions, walking units
- Demonstrated alignment with our core values and customer service mindset
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Flexibility to manage large workflows and to adapt to time sensitive requests
