_Delivery Agent - _**THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION**_
- *Looking for an experienced Delivery Agent/courier to drive our DEELEEO van*_

Deeleeo delivery agents are independent contractors delivering packages all around Edmonton and area.

This job will entail picking up and delivering packages from 7 or 8am to 3 or 5pm weekdays and weekends as needed using our Company Ford Transit van.

You will be delivering and picking up items ranging from 1lb to 75lb.

We deliver a wide variety of items ranging from small envelopes, boxes and bags to large items.

Your role as a Deeleeo delivery agent would be to:

- Proficiently use our DEELEEO app to view routes and complete orders
- Deliver and pick up routes that using our DEELEEO Ford Transit van
- Drive our company van respectfully and safely while completing your duties
- Complete routes are assigned daily that are dynamic and variable in a timely manner
- Provide impeccable customer service
- Follow directions and communicate efficiently with dispatch and customers
- Be available from 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday and weekends as needed
- Complete vehicle inspections at the beginning of every shift and refuel the van at the end of your shift (company gas card supplied)

Qualifications and expectations:

- Must be eligible to work in Canada and Provide proof of work eligibility
- Speak and read english
- Have a smart phone (Preferably iPhone)
- 2 years driving experience in a Ford Transit or equivalent van
- 5 year CLEAN drivers abstract
- Valid Driver's license
- Recent criminal record check
- ProServe certification (optional)
- Valid Vehicle information (registration/insurance)
- Be available for orientation and training (when hired)

This is a full time position (Up to 6 days a week)

This job may be supplemented with contract commission delivery routes using your own vehicle if you would like more hours.

You will be paid biweekly via direct deposit into the bank information you provide upon sign up in the mobile app.

As a Contractor, you will be responsible for recording and submitting your own documents for tax purposes.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
