Part Time Medical Receptionist

- Excellent computer proficiency
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to positively interact with patients
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (Accuro is preferred)
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure
- Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
**Job Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Welcoming patients at the front desk
- Receiving and relaying phone calls
- Receiving and relaying faxes
- Scheduling appointments
- Handling payments and third-party billing
- Putting patients into exam rooms
- Assist the doctors in the exam room
- Following up and completing patient tasks
- Urine/Pregnancy Dips
- Completing assigned tasks
- Cleaning/stocking rooms
- Other duties as assigned
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
**Salary**: $15.55-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brantford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Medical office: 1 year (preferred)
