Willow Cottage Quilt Co. ships premium fabrics and curated kits to customers all over the world—and we’re growing. Our founder is the creative visionary behind the brand, and we’re looking for a highly organized, upbeat, tech-savvy leader to own the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and fulfillment. This is not a “pick-and-pack only” job. This is a role for someone who loves building order out of chaos, improving systems, and being the person everyone counts on to keep things moving smoothly. What you’ll be responsible for:
**Shipping & Fulfillment**
- Own daily shipping from start to finish: pick lists, packing, labels, customs paperwork, carrier pickup/drop-off coordination
- Maintain accuracy on orders, memberships/subscription shipments, and special releases
- Troubleshoot shipment issues (lost packages, damaged items, delays) and coordinate resolutions quickly

**Receiving & Inventory Flow**
- Receive inbound inventory and supplies; verify counts and quality
- Organize storage locations so the warehouse stays clean, logical, and efficient
- Support fabric flow from receiving → cutting/prep → packing/shipping

**Systems & Admin (Computer-Savvy Required)**
- Confidently work in Shopify, shipping platforms, and spreadsheets
- Maintain clean records for inventory, shipments, vendor orders, and backorders
- Help build and refine SOPs so the business runs consistently (even when we’re busy)

**Leadership & Vendor Oversight**
- Be a “floor lead” who supports cutters/warehouse teammates and helps prioritize the day
- Oversee vendor coordination (supplies, shipping materials, and external services)
- Spot bottlenecks and propose improvements that increase speed, accuracy, and profitability

**Experience we love (not all required)**
- Shipping/receiving, fulfillment, warehouse coordination, or operations
- Inventory management and basic purchasing/vendor coordination
- E-commerce experience (Shopify, ShipStation, etc.)

**What success looks like in the first 90 days**
- Shipping accuracy is high and packages go out consistently on time
- Inventory is organized and easier to locate/manage

- Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am
- 3pm, with occasional seasonal peaks
