**SUMMARY**
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic environment and support our growth. As a general laborer, you’ll help handle various projects in our company day-to-day while keeping safety as your first priority. Your responsibilities will include assisting with hands-on physical labor and operation of machinery with the goal of streamlining company production and the upkeep of customer satisfaction.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Performs general duties such as manual lifting, moving product and inventory, manual sorting of materials;
- Assist in the assembly of finished panels;
- Loading of raw panels on the line buggies;
- Riveting components on the finished panels;
- Packaging finished panel assemblies in crates;
- Maintains equipment and work station in a clean and orderly fashion and follows prescribed safety rules;
**REQUIREMENTS**
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- Must be able to lift 30 kg;
- A minimum of 6 months experience in the field is an asset;
- Ability to understand and follow basic written and verbal instructions;
- Ability to use hand-held tools and various equipment as needed to complete tasks;
- Energetic and structured with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position: work in a standing position, walk all day, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform tasks with postures such as: bending, stooping, crouching, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
