**Title**:Production** Assistant (**Summer Co-op Position)

**This is a 4 month term position, working full-time, May through August 2025.**

**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Production Manager, as the **Production Assistant, Summer Student**you will provide administrative support to various production processes. You also ensure efficient flow of information and documentation throughout systems.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Creating and releasing purchase orders
- Copying, compiling and filing documents
- Releasing permits and final drawings
- Pre-ordering materials
- Organized; you effectively manage your time while balancing multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator; you clearly express your thoughts in conversation and in written communication.
- An active listener; you seek to understand and listen to others in a non-judgmental way.
- Detailed oriented; you focus on detailed accuracy when dealing with a high volume of work.
- A team player; you contribute as a team member and share equally in the exchange of ideas, concepts and process outcomes.

**Essential Requirements**
- ** High school diploma or equivalent.**:

- Working towards or completion of Architectural Technology, Civil Technology or Construction Management diploma program.
- Previous experience in an administrative role related to construction is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.

**Working Conditions**

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Some travel to construction job sites will occur. Overtime may occasionally be required.
