**Plumbers Responsibilities**:

- Installing, repairing and maintain plumbing systems
- Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers
- Marking positions for pipe connections and fixtures in walls and floors
- Cutting openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings
- Staying current on the plumbing industry and code
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Work with customers and other contractors on site
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance

**Qualifications Include**:

- Service Technician with 3-5 years experience.
- Mechanical aptitude - you don’t need to know everything, but you have the desire to learn
- Do some heavy lifting and carrying (up to 50lbs), and work in elevated, awkward and sometimes noisy places
- Eye-hand coordination, spatial and form perception, good eyesight and manual dexterity.
- Patience, dependability and accuracy are essential for success.
- Flexible schedule is an asset to accommodate extra work when required (evenings/weekends)
- Valid driver’s license with clean drivers abstract, and criminal record check.

**Requirements**:

- MUST be able to pass background check, and have a valid driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record
- MUST be willing to work after-hours and occasional weekends and holidays
- MUST have excellent customer service skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor
- Basic computer skills
- Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
- Follow routine verbal and written instructions
- Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
