**We are looking for passionate, hardworking, and reliable workers to join our hospitality team on a lavender farm open for tourism. **This position will require you to **complete daily designated tasks and accommodate guests; be hospitable, friendly, and approachable. You will be interacting with guests, maintain good relations and become knowledgeable with our venue and services. Your shift will be primarily outdoors with indoor spaces onsite. We aim to bring on workers that are willing to stay with us long-term, and outstanding performance will have the opportunity to advance within our organization.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ticketing and monitoring entrance.
- Responding to incoming calls and answering/redirecting inquires.
- Answering potential questions guests have regarding our services and venue.
- Resolving on-sight guest complaints.
- Inquire and encourage guests for feedback.
- Maintain friendly and responsible demeanor while on shift.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrates problem solving abilities.
- Possesses collaborative and respectable attributes.
- Hospitable and can demonstrate professionalism.
- Friend and approachable, excellent interactive skills with people.

**Education**:

- Secondary school (required)
- Post secondary (preferred, can be ongoing)

Schedule:
8 hour shifts, day shifts

**Experience**:

- Front desk/ hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
