**Expectations**
- Ability to collaborate and work well with a team.
- Valid OFA3 would be an asset.
- Must be willing to do shift work.
- Heavy civil construction experience is an asset.
- Class 5 driver’s license is required.
- Willingness to perform and complete tasks as instructed on an as-needed basis.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ Years in Heavy Civil Construction
- 3+ Years in a Journeyman position
- Willing to work shift work on remote project sites
