**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report discrepancies as necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling.

**Qualifications**
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
