Quest Window Systems Inc (“Quest”) is a manufacturer of a window wall system designed for high-rise residential developments, based in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Quest services clients from all over North America, including major metropolises such as New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, and Toronto.

**Purpose**

The Manager of Financial planning and analysis will be seen as a key business partner to the Operations team and a strategic thinker as part of the overall Finance Organization. With experience in forecasting, budgeting, and modelling along with the analytical and innovative mindset, this position will be slated to bring meaningful value to FP&A, Finance and the overall business structure at Quest.

**What you will be doing**
- Completion of monthly, quarterly and year-end forecasting process that includes assisting in the development of long-term forecasting models with the support of the Senior Analyst
- Assist in the development and maintenance of long-term planning files and assumptions to drive the narrative of future growth and opportunities
- Prepare dynamic financial models, reports and presentations to support data driven recommendations for existing projects and new business initiatives
- Provide commentary to variance analysis by working diligently with related business units and highlighting key drivers
- Analyze and identify trends in key performance drivers to facilitate the review of actual financial results compared to the budgets and the forecasts
- Place effective controls to ensure records and financial data are presented and maintained in a timely, accurate and complete manner
- Business partner to the Operations team and helping them improve operational efficiency, process improvements and KPI analysis

**What you will bring along**
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or MBA Designation is required.
- Worked in a public company with experience in IFRS and GAAP in a manufacturing/commercial finance environment.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in FP&A in a medium to large organization
- Excellent financial modelling and planning skills
- Strong customer focus with excellent relationship building and collaborative working style
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to research, analyze and synthesize complex financial data and other information in order to prepare reports and recommendations for senior level decision-makers
