**Position Summary**

We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This role is critical to the efficient flow of goods through our facility and plays a key role in supporting our broader supply chain operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely unload inbound shipments and move product to designated staging areas
- Stack, store, and retrieve freight using powered industrial equipment
- Assist drivers during load-out and dispatch activities
- Ensure the correct quantity and type of product is loaded and shipped
- Move freight between staging areas, storage locations, and trailers
- Verify bills of lading against freight received and shipped
- Meet operational schedules to ensure timely movement of materials
- Operate all equipment in accordance with safety policies and procedures
- Complete daily forklift and equipment inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support additional warehouse duties as operational needs require

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Valid forklift certification from an accredited training provider
- Including Order Picker, Reach, Counterbalance, and/or Dock Stocker
- Fall Arrest certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse distribution or cross-dock environment
- Previous experience using RF scanners
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Mechanical aptitude to complete daily equipment checks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, reliable, and self-motivated work ethic

**Physical & Work Environment Requirements**
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to50 lbs without restriction
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, traffic)
- Willingness to work irregular or extended hours as required by operational demands

**Education**
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
