**Position**:Social Media Marketing Assistant (Hybrid)

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Canva
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Advanced or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in shooting and editing video content for social media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation, and/or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite for ad management and insights.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in content creation and social media algorithms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling and original content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage the posting and scheduling of pre-made content.
- Assist with marketing materials such as banners, posters, and promotional creatives.
- Collaborate on the launch and optimization of social media ads.
- Provide insights and analytics reports to monitor and improve performance.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in web development or graphic design.
- Previous work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Some level of SEO proficiency
- Strong communication, multitasking, time & task management, skills.
- Highly self-organized, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously without supervision.

**Job Type**:Hybrid

**Flexible Language Requirement**:Proficient in English (Russian and French are an advantage)

**Schedule**:8-hour shift

Pay: $2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
