**You**:
Our Team Lead will be our frontline to providing an exceptional experience to our valued customers that will leave a lasting impression which ensures their repeated return to Cottontail Cannabis. You will share your sound knowledge and enthusiasm in an environment that encapsulates our “Live Easy” mantra.
**General Responsibilities**:
- Educate and support customers in a professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions ensuring compliance with all store operating procedures and legislation
- Deliver a high level of customer service, meet sales targets and maximize profitability
- Store maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary including proper up-keep of the phone, utilities, technology, repairs, stock and supplies
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience
- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
- Smart Choices Cannabis Retail Certification is an asset but can be acquired during the hiring process (you must have this certification to begin employment).
- Superior communication skills, detail oriented, great time management, strong budgetary skills, ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Desire and ability to develop a positive, in-depth understanding of cannabis

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
