**Job Description**:
This position serves as the key resource for customers. The Part Time Sales Associate will be involved in all departments of store operations including sales, customer service, stocking, merchandising, and cashier. Must consistently provide the highest standard of customer service while keeping focused on team objectives and excel in individual sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Top priority is ensuring high levels of customer service and support
- Must be able to converse with customers on a variety of outdoor activities
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
- Lift and move product and restock merchandise as necessary.
- Maintain merchandise presentation and housekeeping standards
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
- Is frequently required to stand. May be required to crouch, kneel, lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders as needed.

Qualifications:

- Retail experience in a fast-paced specialty store environment
- Strong work ethic with a positive, energetic approach and attention to detail
- Commitment to driving sales and building/solidifying a customer base, while maintaining performance levels in accordance with The Prairie Summit Shop's values
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Motivated and creative team player

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week
