**Position Details: High Profiled Residential Security Guard**

**Qualifications**:

- **Must hold a valid Ontario Security License**:

- 1 year of Residential Guard experience is an asset.
- Must be available to work all shifts
- Physically capable of performing the required duties
- Able to Travel within Toronto
- Customer Service Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have a vehicle

**Major responsibilities include**:

- Patrolling the exterior of premises/home regularly
- Enforcing property regulations, Criminal Code and legislative statutes
- Securing restricted areas
- Facilitating access of vehicles and pedestrians at fixed posts
- Obtaining statements and collecting information for Incident Reports Performing Customer Service-related functions
- Identifying Safety Hazards Qualifications and Experience Required:

- A Diploma in Law & Security or Police Foundations educational background is an asset
- Law Enforcement or Military experience is an asset
- Experience with enforcing TPA and situations where arrests are made is an asset
- Be physically capable of performing the required duties.
- Basic knowledge and use of integrated security systems.
