**Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
- Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each child.
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages social interaction and emotional growth.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all children.
- Assist children with daily routines such as meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure consistent care and support for all children.
- Document children's progress and maintain accurate records as required.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with special education practices or experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Time management abilities to ensure timely completion of daily responsibilities.
- Leadership qualities to guide children in group settings and foster teamwork among peers.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- Previous classroom experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: $24.86-$24.90 per hour
