**Job Overview**: We are actively seeking: **Landscape Crew Members** **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Follow directions from supervisors to efficiently carry out a variety of landscape related tasks as given. - Yard Maintenance, including Spring & Fall Cleanups, weeding, pruning, mowing and trimming and other lawn care services. - Soft Landscaping (planting, mulching, sodding etc.) - Hard scaping (interlock & wall installation, - Operate various tools and equipment, including wheel loaders, mowers, weed eaters, aerators, hedge trimmers, shovels, rakes, etc. - Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a daily basis. - Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment required to complete projects. - Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and comply with all company policies, procedures and regulations. Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations. - Assist in daily record keeping and work orders. - Assist in shop organization and cleanliness. **Requirements**: - Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding outdoor work environment, with repetitive heavy lifting and bending. - Prior knowledge or education in horticulture is an asset but not required. - Willing to work in all reasonable types of weather. - Willing to work weekends. - Valid Ontario "G" Driver's licence an asset - Ability to drive a truck with a trailer and operate a 1 ton dump truck an asset Positions start in April and end in November, with the option of transitioning to winter snow removal duties. Wages will be based on extent of experience. **Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed **Experience**: - Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
