**About the Role**

Join the new and growing Business Intelligence team at Leads.io. Transform large sets of marketing and social media data into easy-to-use, communicative dashboards that help teams make data driven decisions. Find key insights and shape how teams understand these large datasets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and BI reporting for business units across the organization
- Identify and communicate key trends to business units and stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage, organize, and update datasets for use in Tableau and other data visualizations and reports
- Support ongoing reporting and data request needs

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or doing data visualization
- Proficient with creating Tableau dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SQL and/or Tableau Prep (or other ETL / data prep tool)
- Familiarity with marketing and social media analytics
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems a plus
