**Duties**
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards to provide safe dining experiences for our customers.
- Support the team during busy service periods by helping with food assembly and plating.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively while adhering to all operational procedures.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Participate in regular cleaning tasks, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in meal preparation or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A genuine passion for cooking and the food industry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
