**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced bar professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Dooly's Bedford. Working with the on-site manager, the Assistant Manager leads by example offering excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. This full time position includes bartending and administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service as a bartender
- Train and develop new staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with the management team on marketing and customer service initiatives
- Lead by example demonstrating strong leadership qualities to motivate team members.

**Requirements**:

- Three years of experience bartending, preferably in a VLT environment
- 1 year of leadership experience within the industry
- Strong mathematical skills

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
