Do you flourish in a sale environment and enjoy the thrill of solving problems? Do you naturally possess the ability to build strong relationships? Century 21 Energy Realty is seeking a Leasing Agent to join the team in Fort St. John
**Your contributions to the team include**:
- Calling potential pre-qualified tenants to book viewings.
- Photographing rental properties.
- Schedule lease singing with approved clients and reviewing documents during signing.
- Posting tenant notices
- Conducting unit move in/move out/quarterly inspections
- Bi-weekly checks of multiple-family buildings
- On call for emergencies
**What you need to be successful**:
- Able to effectively communicate in both writing and verbally.
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
This position is a bit flexible, you will be able to book your own appointments according to your schedule within reason.
Benefits available after 3-month probation period.
No direct experience needed (although it can be an asset), we are willing to train the right applicant.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
