**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Ambipar is currently seeking a **Project Manager** for our **Hazardous Building Materials (HBM) Group,** based out of **Edmonton, AB or Calgary, AB.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES AT HAND / WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL CONSIST OF**
- Ensure workplace safety by identifying hazards, reporting incidents, and following emergency procedures.
- Use equipment and tools per manufacturer guidelines and SOPs.
- Conduct and participate in site and office safety inspections.
- Oversee revenue generation, cost estimation, and financial projections to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage project initiation, budgeting, invoicing, and client data.
- Review and interpret lab results, tracking justifications and risk assessments with Subject Matter Experts.
- Monitor project costs, ensuring timely reporting, and provide monthly financial updates to the General Manager.
- Collaborate with accounting on billing and review completed reports for accuracy and compliance.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Land Reclamation, Agrology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience in a project management role.
- Professional designation is required.
- Ability to wear any PPE as required.
- Ability to work and travel as required for project needs.

- Knowledge of environmental health and safety legislation and guidelines.
- Coachable and display positive work attitude.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Project management: 5 years (required)

Willingness to travel:
