**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Build frameworks and structures using appropriate materials.
- Perform flooring installation, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
- Execute concrete forming tasks for foundations and other structural elements.
- Fabricate custom components as required for specific projects.
- Conduct electrical installations as needed, adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in construction painting techniques.
- Ability to plumb structures accurately for level installations.
- Skilled in reading blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Knowledge of flooring installation methods and materials.
- Experience in electrical work is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various conditions.

Pay: $33.00-$40.00 per hour
