PURPOSE OF JOB

The Installer is responsible for completing tasks related to the installation of various types of dispensers. They install the equipment, remove old equipment and test to ensure proper function.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promotes a positive, constructive work environment with a customer service focused D.I.R.T.F.T.attitude
- Represents the Swish brand to the customer at installation site(s)
- Works safely and ensures accurate and timely installation of dispensers
- Responsible for ensuring work area is kept organized and that all removed materials are cleaned and removed from site to be recycled or disposed
- Proactively communicates request(s) of customers to appropriate Swish personnel.
- Deliver and installs product from customer sites as directed per TDG safe handling procedures
- Follows all Health and Safety guidelines
- Accountable for documenting hours worked and mileage incurred with personal vehicle
- Ensure all courses and trainings assigned are complete in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

Conditions may cause some stress or physical discomfort due to exposure to:

- Repetitive lifting -Temperature variations
- Handling chemicals -Time constraints
- Moving product more than 50 lbs. -Noise
- High intensity physical activities add up to and average of six to seven hours a day
- Frequent exposure to moderately disagreeable internal and external conditions
- Works in heated but not air-conditioned environment
- Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking
- Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS

**Education**:

- Experience in an installation role preferred
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Excellent Customer Service Skills

**Education**:
High School Diploma
