- As the Financial Analyst - Product & Supply Chain, you will support the planning, reporting and analysis of cost of sales, margins and maintain global pricing. You will work closely with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders to drive brand performance through analytical insights and financial support.

**Meet Your Future Team**:
The Product & Supply Chain FP&A team at Arc’teryx is responsible for providing leadership with the information they need to review past performance, understand business trends, and anticipate future performance and financial position. Through review of historic financials, variance analysis and KPI tracking, the team advises leadership on key investment decisions and performance improvement. With a specialized focus on Product Margin, the Product & Supply Chain FP&A team plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of our product pricing and costing data.

**If you were the Financial Analyst - Product & Supply Chain, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:

- Overseeing maintenance of and standard costing data in SAP S4 HANA in partnership with Accounting, Sourcing, and Supply Planning teams
- Maintaining regional global pricing in SAP for multiple currencies and multiple channels in partnership with merchandising and regional commercial teams
- Liaising with Arc’teryx Global partners (China, APAC teams) to provide inventory transfer prices along with relevant trend call-outs and assumptions
- Critically reviewing SAP S4 inventory reporting to identify gaps in costing / pricing process; liaising with cross-functional teams to remedy gaps and evolve process
- Running standard cost reports from SAP by SKU in local and group currency, reviewing freight, duty, and brokerage costs per plant in addition to bill of material
- Clearly communicating inventory costing and pricing deliverables to cross-functional teams; driving progress toward key milestones and deadlines
- Creation of load templates (through use of Excel/VBA) to enable efficient data load process of price and cost data into SAP
- Supporting the reconciliation of standard costing with actual costs and providing recommendations on opportunities to improve standard costing assumptions
- Preparing monthly analysis of margins and cost of sales variances and review with relevant stakeholders
- Supporting the planning, forecasting and analysis of product margins and cost of sales for all channels and regions
- Evolving financial models to enhance forecasting and budgeting of margins and cost of sales variances
- Supporting FP&A reporting as needed

**Are you our next Financial Analyst - Product & Supply Chain?**:

- You have 3+ years experience in an Accounting, Financial Analyst, or equivalent level role
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A professional accounting designation or progress toward accounting designation is preferred

- You understand the fundamentals of standard cost accounting
- You have a knack for identifying opportunities to implement controls to improve data and forecast accuracy

- You are proficient in accounting systems and business intelligence (BI) tools
- You can prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can collaborate with individuals across departments, organizations, and countries
- You can coordinate and lead projects to completion
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
