**Customer Service Representative Needed**

**Location**: BTS Dermatology & Medical Spa

Are you passionate about helping people feel confident and cared for? Do you have experience in providing top-notch customer service in a medical or spa setting? BTS Dermatology & Medical Spa, a new, family-owned and operated clinic, is seeking dedicated **Customer Service Representatives **to join our team.

We are a growing medical clinic that specializes in a range of dermatological and aesthetic services, including:

- Basic dermatological services
- Laser hair and tattoo removal
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Laser facials
- Skin pigmentation correction
- Collagen stimulation
- Hair restoration and skin tightening
- Injectables (Botox, fillers, etc.)

We are looking for a team member who will be the welcoming face of our clinic and play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Collecting payments and providing administrative support
- Selling skincare products and educating clients about available services
- Recording and maintaining client information in our system
- Providing patient support and making follow-up calls
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Handling confidential patient information with discretion
- Building strong relationships with patients by understanding their needs
- Willing to work on the weekends of demand requires
- Adhering to office protocols and performing other general office duties as needed

**Experience Requirements**
- Previous administrative experience in a medical, spa, or related field
- Familiarity with booking systems and computer platforms
- Strong product sales skills are a plus

**How to Apply**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $18.48-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
