**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Help ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall restaurant operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel promptly.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness in the kitchen setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment focused on quality food preparation and service.
