**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assess and prioritize incoming freight requests or issues to ensure timely handling and resource allocation.
- Identify urgent shipments or service disruptions and escalate to the appropriate team or carrier as needed.
- Monitor all active shipments from pickup to delivery to ensure on-time performance.
- Ensuring all the relevant details for both the pick-up and delivery locations are confirmed and updated in the profiles.
- Validating client and vendor details.
- Location cleaning.
- Updating accessorial quotes.
- Ensuring all orders are booked in the freight management software.
- Maintain accurate tracking data in the TMS (Transportation Management System) and proactively address exceptions.
- Ensuring clean notes are input with the correct pricing to avoid invoice disputes.
- Keeping clients and vendors updated on the progress of the shipments.
- Validating shipment paperwork (bill of lading, airway bills, commercial documents).
- Onboarding new clients and vendors.
- Supporting the Logistics Specialists in various tasks.
- Data entry.

**Experience**
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or a related field is an asset.
- Previous experience in an office, customer service, administrative, or operations support role is considered an asset but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter and maintain data.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with multiple systems (training provided on freight management software/ TMS).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow established processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple shipments at once.
- Ability to follow instructions, ask questions when unsure, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
