Are you a polished, well-presented Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity? Magnolia Construction, a local leader in home renovation and construction, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of projects, including additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, and finishing.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire construction process from initial design through to project completion.

Oversee product ordering, timeline scheduling, and budget management.

Obtain bids, negotiate with subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within the established budget.

Maintain strong customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as a liaison between management and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing additions and renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, etc.).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain professional and clear communication with clients and team members.
