**Job Description - Client Success Advocate**
Intega IT is a boutique IT Security and Support Company. We pride ourselves in the service and delivery that we have consistently brought to our partners in the Ottawa community over the past 20 years. This role is full-tin, on-site in the Ottawa office.
As a Client Success Advocate in our Business Services team, you will serve as our client’s strategic advisor, understanding each client’s specific goals and monitoring the delivery of our services and projects to ensure we are tracking toward goal achievement. You will be accountable for ensuring client success (growth, satisfaction, and retention) within your assigned client portfolio, managing the planning, scheduling and deployment of approved client projects. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a key requirement. You love a challenge and thrive under pressure.
**The Day-to-Day**
- Take active ownership and daily management of all Intega Client Onboarding Activities
- Conduct scheduled client meetings and drive service review and project meetings
- Develop strong relationships with appropriate client, key decision makers, and influencers
- Provide monthly results of client satisfaction surveys from support to Department Manager
- You will create and maintain time and budget plans for each project, ensuring that targets and goals are delivered accurately, on-time and in-budget.
- Assign internal resources to projects and ensure that everyone is aware of the plan, timescales and responsibilities.
- Produce weekly project status reports.
- Ensure that all project stakeholders receive clear and regular communications. When issues occur, you will be the centre point of communication to ensure that the project plan is adjusted if necessary and brought back on-track.
- You will be exposed to a wide range of problems and what you don't know, we will help you to learn.
**What you bring**
- A minimum of a college diploma in IT or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of project management
- Standout organizational and communication skills for both the clients and the project team, to ensure all stakeholders are aware of plans and on-time delivery of projects
- Attention to detail
- Recognition of the importance to document everything and share that information with others
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- A positive “can do” attitude with an ability to creatively arrive at a solution
- An ability to put on your superhero cape and multi-task like a master

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
