**Landscape Technician - Design-Build Construction**
We are looking for a motivated and skilled **Landscape Technician** to join our growing **design-build construction team**. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outdoor environments and takes pride in bringing custom landscape designs to life through precise and high-quality craftsmanship. You will play a key role in constructing premium residential and light commercial landscapes—from the ground up.

**Overview**
As part of our design-build team, you will help transform detailed landscape plans into beautifully finished outdoor spaces. This hands-on role involves working with construction materials, equipment, and tools to install hardscape and softscape features in line with design specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute construction tasks for landscape design-build projects, including site prep, grading, and layout
- Construct patios, retaining walls, garden beds, stairs, walkways, and other structural landscape elements
- Read and interpret landscape drawings and blueprints
- Assist with the installation of plant material, edging, and soil placement as per design
- Operate and maintain small equipment (e.g. plate compactors, saws, skid steers, mini-excavators)
- Load, transport, and manage materials and tools on job sites
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and crew members to ensure each project meets design intent and quality standards

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Proven experience in **landscape construction or hardscaping** (design-build experience preferred)
- Competent in reading plans and executing detailed construction tasks
- Strong knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscape construction
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Ability to follow direction, work efficiently, and uphold a high standard of workmanship
- **Valid driver’s license required**
