**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Implement and manage a world-class Ethics & Compliance training and communications program at Bombardier;
- Lead a small team to drive the creation and implementation of annual Ethics & Compliance online and in-person training objectives reaching our 17,000+ employees both production and office employees at each of our sites worldwide.
- Develop Ethics & Compliance communications to help us drive engagement and raise awareness for key elements of Bombardier’s Ethics & Compliance program and initiatives;
- Develop Ethics & Compliance training and communications templates, processes, modules and tools that support our goal of creating a strong best in class ethical culture throughout the organization;
- Define training and communications KPIs, tracking their progress and making recommendations for improvement;
- Stay abreast of Ethics & Compliance best practices
- Provide support and guidance and collaborate with other functions to ensure Ethics & Compliance plans are integrated across functions and aligned with Ethics & Compliance strategic plan.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Training, or the equivalent;
- You have at least 8 years, including the design and deployment of a communication strategy and training content
- You have experience leading a team and your leadership style is collaborative, empowering and kind;
- You have a hands-on approach to crafting messages, presentations, training as well as a strategic mindset to create change and work towards a long-term vision for ethics & compliance at Bombardier;
- You have an good understanding of ethics & compliance principles and practices (an asset);
- You have an understanding of the key principles of strong change management;
- You have experience in a head office of a large multinational company;
- You have demonstrated initiative as well as excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- You have proven ability to coach executives, provide candid counsel and act as a trusted advisor;
- You have experience dealing with large-scale change in a matrixed environment;
- You have excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and French;
- You have amazing Microsoft Office skills (bonus points if you love PowerPoint);
- You have a strategic mindset, you’re energized by change and driven by results and you’re proactive, solution-driven, and detail-oriented;
- You have an aptitude for technology and online tools.
