ASSOCIÉ AUX VENTES AU DÉTAIL (Styliste, associé principal aux ventes)

Olsen propose un taux horaire de base concurrentiel ainsi qu'une structure de commissions généreuse.

Nous recherchons un associé aux ventes au détail responsable et hautement motivé, prêt à assumer toutes les responsabilités liées aux ventes, de la génération des prospects à la conclusion des ventes.

Responsabilités
- Fournir un excellent service client qui assure de hauts niveaux de satisfaction client
- Travailler avec les clients pour déterminer leurs besoins et ensuite recommander le bon produit
- Établissez une relation par la conversation et des recommandations honnêtes
- Vendre des objets supplémentaires au besoin, tels que des pièces de superposition ou des accessoires
- aider à s'assurer que la zone de présentation du produit est propre et organisée
- Utilisez la littérature Olsen et les ressources de formation disponibles pour rester informé des fonctionnalités du produit.

Exigences
- Expérience de débutant ou de vente au détail, un atout
- Compréhension générale des principes de vente
- Personnalité énergique et sympathique
- De solides compétences en communication
- Expérience prouvée dans la réalisation des quotas de vente

**RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE (Stylist, Senior Sales Associate)**

Olsen offers a competitive base hourly rate along with a generous commission structure.

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Retail Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product
- Build a rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
- Upsell additional items when appropriate, such as layering pieces or accessories
- Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized
- Use Olsen literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features

**Requirements**:

- Entry level or previous retail sales experience an asset
- General understanding of the principles of sales
- High-energy, friendly personality
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
