Nail Technician

**Job Overview**

This role will be based on commision which can be discussed during the interview and is negotiable.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on client needs
- Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified and trained to do so
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing excellent service
- Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and explain treatment options clearly
- Retail sales skills to promote products that complement nail services effectively

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
