**Salary**:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

**Your Responsibilities**:
As a Technical Service Technician, you will be at the forefront of our operations, conducting physical tests, crafting documen-tation, and generating insightful reports for our customer-specific systems. Responsibilities include:

- Conduct routine analyses on customer samples using established protocols.
- Ensure timely completion of analyses in line with the benchmarks set by the Technical Manager.
- Undertake additional testing as needed to support our diverse clientele.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Record test data with precision and accuracy.
- Prepare essential laboratory reagents and manage weekly supply inventories.
- Uphold laboratory standards through regular cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks as directed by management.

**Qualifications we are looking for**:

- 1-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
- A diploma or degree in a scientific discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in FTIR, viscosity, titration, Karl Fischer, and flash point analysis is advantageous.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with SAP computer systems is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage stress constructively.
- Exceptional time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Self-driven with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal communication skills and competent writing abilities.
- Team player mindset with occasional travel requirements.
