Bookkeeper - Permanent Part Time

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze budgets to support financial planning.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage for efficient record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, bank reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not required.
