Le ou La Caissier(ere) est responsable des tâches suivantes, sous la supervision du Chef Adjoint et du Chef:

- Garantir un service client amical et de qualité
- Maîtriser le menu du Sushi Shop
- Expliquer les éléments du menu et faire des suggestions utiles à la clientèle
- Exécuter les tâches liées au système de caisse
- Utiliser le système d'étiquetage de l'étiqueteuse du Sushi Shop
- Garantir la propreté, l'ordre et la mise en place des zones de service et de la salle à manger
- Connaître, maîtriser et appliquer les normes d'hygiène et de propreté
- Nettoyer les équipements de cuisine, les zones de stockage et de préparation, ainsi que les surfaces de travail selon les réglementations d'hygiène en vigueur.
- Offrir un soutien au personnel de cuisine.

The Cashier must ensure excellent customer service. The role includes welcoming the clientele and offering a friendly, quality service. The Cashier must take customer satisfaction into account to build loyalty. As well, the cashier must be versatile as he or she must execute various tasks.

The Cashier is responsible for the following tasks, under supervision of the Assistant Chef and Chef:

- Ensuring friendly, quality customer service
- Master the Sushi Shop menu
- Explain the menu items and make helpful suggestions to the clientele
- Executing the tasks related to the cash system
- Use the Sushi Shop Label Maker labeling system
- Ensure the cleanliness, order and set up of the service areas and the dining room
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment, storage and preparation areas, as well the work surfaces according to the current hygiene regulations.
- Offering support to the kitchen employees

The Maki Roller assists the Chef and the Assistant Chef in the food preparation. The Maki Roller is responsible for the following tasks, under supervision of the Assistant Chef and Chef : Participate in the preparation of ingredients, mise en place (food prep), and menu items including sushi.
