**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor infrastructure and network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Triaging and responding to requests from users/stakeholders
- Maintain documentation regarding installation, configuration, operation and troubleshooting procedures
- Follow procedures, document, resolve and/or escalate incidents
- Design and implement new IT processes and architectures in support of business requirements
- Deliver on IT roadmap projects under your responsibility in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot complex problems by analyzing root causes and evaluating and proposing best options
- Coordinates installation and maintenance work with other business units/ departments as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- BAC or College Diploma in IT Systems Administrator/Engineering
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Good Knowledge of monitoring tools such as LibreNMS, Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, and/or Python
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible
- 5 Years experience working with Microsoft System Technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, KMS, DNS, DHCP and Server technologies based on Windows Server 2008 and newer
- Experience with large scale storage infrastructure
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet strict deadlines
- Must be self-motivated and able to complete tasks both independently and in teams
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

**Exigences**:

- BAC ou diplôme d'études collégiales en administration/ingénierie des systèmes informatiques
- Expérience des systèmes d'exploitation Linux
- Bonne connaissance des outils de surveillance tels que LibreNMS, Prometheus et Grafana
- Expérience avec les langages de script tels que Bash, PowerShell, et/ou Python
- Connaissance des outils d'automatisation tels qu'Ansible
- 5 ans d'expérience de travail avec les technologies de système Microsoft, notamment Active Directory, Group Policy, KMS, DNS, DHCP et les technologies de serveur basées sur Windows Server 2008 et plus récent.
- Expérience de l'infrastructure de stockage à grande échelle
- Capacité à organiser et à hiérarchiser le travail pour respecter des délais stricts.
